Pricing
Our rooms are all very spacious. Rent at reasonable rate of $210.00 per week for singles, or $310 per week for two people in a room (double bed or two single beds upon request).
Note: Min. stay 4 weeks. If less than 4 weeks, short-term accommodation rate will apply at $60 per night.

Overnight Rate
If you are visiting Brisbane we provide short term accommodation at $60 a night with no booking fee.
Pick-up Service
If you are staying with us, we offer pickup for $60 from anywhere in the Brisbane area.
Deposit (Bond)
- 4 weeks rent. Bond will be refunded when you leave. Note: $100 will be deducted off the bond for carpet cleaning.

Brand New Building
The rooms are in a brand new building designed with comfort in mind. There is ample living space and all aspects of the facilities have been finished to a high standard.
Broadband Internet Access
Each room is equipped with a wall-socket which you can connect your laptop or PC to for instant broadband access without additional charge. Monthly Allowance 3GB per student.
Fully Furnished
The rooms are carpetted and furnished with a double bed and study desk, with linen included.
Personal Ensuites
Each room has a separate ensuite with shower and toilet.
Payphone
A coin-operated payphone is available in the living room for making local and long distance calls.
