Brand New Building

The rooms are in a brand new building designed with comfort in mind. There is ample living space and all aspects of the facilities have been finished to a high standard.

Cable Internet

Each room is equipped with a wall-socket which you can connect your laptop or PC for instant broadband access without additional charge. Monthly Allowance 3GB per student. 

Air Conditions

We have put split sistem air conditions in bedrooms for convenience of our students.

Fully Furnished

The rooms are carpetted and furnished with a single bed and study desk, with linen included.

Personal Ensuites

Each room has a separate ensuite with shower and toilet.

Payphone

A coin-operated payphone is available in the living room for making local and long distance calls.

Telephone-ready

Provision has been made in each room for a private phone line to be connected upon request. These may be connected by separate contract with Telstra upon request, and you receive your own number and are responsible for the account.

TV Sockets

A TV socket is provided in each room for standard free-to-air channels, with your own television.
